Our CSR Philosophy
Corporate Social Responsibility is an area of focus for Oswal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Oswal Solar Structure Pvt. Ltd.). In line with the Oswal Group philosophy, we aim to bring positive change to the quality of life of the underserved, and to make a meaningful and sustained impact on the lives of the beneficiaries of our programmes.
As a solar manufacturer, our everyday work already supports a cleaner, greener India. Through our CSR programmes we extend that commitment to the communities around us.
How Our CSR Works

Compliance
CSR activities are undertaken in line with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the CSR Rules.
Implementation
Programmes are executed directly by the Company and/or through implementing agencies as defined under the Act.
Local Focus
Activities are undertaken in and around the areas where the Company and its subsidiaries operate.
CSR Budget
The Company strives to allocate 2% of its average net profits of the three preceding financial years to CSR.
Employee Volunteering
Employees are encouraged to take part in CSR activities, with recognition for CSR volunteers.
Monitoring
Each programme has clear objectives, budgets and measurable outcomes, reviewed by the CSR Committee / Board.
